Multimedia Officer

The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, and multimedia content, designing and maintaining the company website, and supporting internal and external communications with engaging visual content that reflects the company’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional photography for corporate events, projects, and people.
• Plan, film, and edit video content including corporate videos, event coverage, interviews, promotional clips, and social media reels.
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit and produce final video outputs using Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction, audio mixing, subtitles, and transitions.
• Retouch, edit, and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop for digital and print use.
• Design, develop, update, and maintain the company website using WordPress.
• Make sure website content is accurate, current, visually consistent, and optimised for performance, mobile devices, and SEO.
• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, page layouts, media libraries, and routine updates.
• Create multimedia content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
• Design visual assets such as banners, infographics, social media posts, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• Make sure all multimedia content follows company brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, HR, and other departments to understand content needs and deliver on time.
• Manage multiple multimedia projects at once, meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain an organised archive of photos, videos, graphics, and raw footage for future use.
• Set up, operate, and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Cover corporate events, site visits, site progress, launches, and ceremonies as required.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.
• Keep up to date with multimedia trends, design techniques, social media formats, and emerging tools.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, photography, videography, or digital content creation.
• Strong skills in professional photography and videography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and managing websites on WordPress.
• Strong portfolio showing photography, video production, motion graphics, and web design work.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.
• Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and design principles.
• Ability to handle a project from concept and shooting through editing and final delivery.
• Strong creative, organisational, and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
