Multimedia Quality Analyst

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Multimedia Quality Analyst to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and categorize multimodal data streams to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning algorithms.
• Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve labeling taxonomies.
• Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• Superb reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and a sharp eye for spotting subtle errors.
• Previous work in UI/UX review, editorial analysis, quality control, or machine learning data prep is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills, capable of identifying subtle linguistic inconsistencies.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
