Multimedia Specialist

A Multimedia Specialist focuses on creating engaging animations, instructional videos, and multimedia content that enhance communication, learning, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. They combine graphic design, animation, video editing, and visual effects to produce compelling content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, corporate communications, and e-learning programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media.
• Develop instructional videos that simplify complex concepts and improve learner engagement.
• Create animated explainer videos, infographics, title sequences, and promotional materials.
• Edit video footage and integrate animation, narration, sound effects, and music.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative teams to develop educational and marketing content.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and learning objectives.
• Optimize multimedia content for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, Communication, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with a passion for multimedia and design.
• At least 1 year of experience in animation, video production, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
• Video editing and post-production skills.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia production.
