Project One & Co.  is looking for a talented and experienced Multimedia Specialist who can transform creative concepts into powerful visual experiences through videography, photography, editing, branding, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead professional video and photography shoots

• Capture high-quality content in studio and on location

• Edit videos and images for commercials, campaigns, and digital platforms

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects

• Develop branding materials while maintaining strong visual consistency

• Produce platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more

• Collaborate with the creative team from concept development through final delivery

• Manage multiple projects, files, equipment, and backups efficiently

• Stay updated with current creative, branding, and social media trends

Requirements

• Minimum  5 years of professional experience  in videography, photography, and editing

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in  branding and visual identity

• Proficiency in  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom

• Strong motion graphics and animation capabilities

• A diverse portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across multiple formats

• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns

• Excellent communication, teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail

• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Media Production, Film, Design, or a related field

• Previous experience with a creative agency or production house

• Experience directing studio and on-location productions
