About the role

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for crafting visual stories that captivate. This role involves conceptualizing and designing creative assets, managing design projects, and ensuring the on-time delivery of visually compelling materials that support the organization's communications and events.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets including social media content, product collateral, corporate communications, and event materials based on briefs and in collaboration with content executives or requestors
• Perform graphic, still photo, and video production including on-site setup, documenting product launches, presentations, invitations, banners, and company events
• Ensure on-time delivery of visually compelling assets such as animations, effects, and presentation materials by incorporating feedback from art directors, graphic designers, and team members
• Lead and manage design projects, collaborating with clients and internal staff to identify needs and develop creative, communication-driven solutions

About you

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Design & Arts, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign (booklets, pamphlets, layout) and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (detail aids, graphics, branding)
• Competent in video editing tools: Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of event production, including creative execution and visual collateral for events
