Role Description The Multimedia Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Badung. This role involves planning, producing, and editing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photographs, to support branding, marketing, and corporate communication needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, capturing and organizing visual assets, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project timelines. The Multimedia Staff will also assist in maintaining multimedia equipment, managing digital asset libraries, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in multimedia content creation and coordination, including Multimedia and general media production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in video-related work, such as Video Production and basic video editing and post-production techniques.
• Candidates should possess skills in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in visual asset capture, particularly Photography for events, products, and corporate visuals.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Badung, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in multimedia, design, communications, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
