1. Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition

Experience: 58 Years | Cement / Steel / Heavy Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
2. Partner with plant leadership and functional heads to understand manpower requirements and close critical positions within defined timelines.
3. Develop talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies, while maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

2. Admin Executive – Facility

Experience: 3–5 Years | Infrastructure / Housing / Township Management

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day employee facilities and township operations, including accommodation, food services, housekeeping, transportation and other employee amenities.
2. Coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of residential facilities, common areas and township infrastructure, ensuring hygiene, safety and service standards.
3. Manage vendors and service providers, resolve employee facility-related concerns and maintain records, service reports and facility-related MIS.

3. Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Experience: 4–7 Years | Cement / Steel / Heavy Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage plant-level HR operations, including employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, HR documentation, HRIS and personnel records.
2. Handle employee relations, grievance management, engagement initiatives and workforce coordination across the manufacturing unit.
3. Partner with plant leadership on HR policies, manpower requirements, statutory compliance and day-to-day employee-related matters.
