Multiple IT Opportunities

Profectus is seeking multiple experienced ICT professionals to support an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM Cognos, TM1 and Planning Analytics, with financial data sourced from SAP. The work covers platform infrastructure, sustainment, enhancements, service delivery and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and upgrade IBM Cognos, TM1 and Planning Analytics environments
• Manage security controls, accreditation, backup and disaster recovery
• Develop and maintain TM1 models, rules, processes and Planning Analytics Workspace dashboards
• Manage data integration and reconciliations between SAP and TM1
• Resolve production issues and defects through controlled change and release processes
• Design, build, test and deploy system enhancements and new functionality
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month end and year end cycles
• Manage service delivery, escalations and access through Service Now
• Lead project and program planning, governance reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Deliver documentation, training and user adoption activities

Required Experience

• IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 development, administration or support (technical roles)
• Leading teams, platforms or service functions (lead roles)
• Integrating SAP data with TM1 or other enterprise systems
• Supporting financial budgeting, forecasting or reporting systems
• ITIL aligned service, change and release management
• Managing ICT projects or programs, including governance and stakeholder engagement (program and project roles)

Desirable Experience

• IBM Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics for Excel
• SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BODS or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Working within Defence finance or ICT areas
• Supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation within Defence
• ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP or similar certifications

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
