Role Description Multiple full-time positions are available at Modular Solutions, working on-site in Calgary, AB. Depending on the role, team members may participate in software design and development, customer support, implementation and onboarding, product management, or operational coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities can include collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with clients and partners, documenting processes and requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Individuals in these roles are expected to follow established workflows, meet performance and quality standards, and support the delivery of reliable technology solutions to insurance industry clients. All positions require a commitment to working on-site, engaging with colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality and reliability.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in fields such as technology, business, insurance, or related disciplines is an asset.
• Comfort working on-site in Calgary, AB and willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
