MULTIPLE PRODUCTION OPERATORS – NEW GOLDFIELDS PROJECTS

HSS Recruitment is partnering with an established mining contractor as they ramp up two new open-pit mining projects in the Goldfields.

With both projects coming online, we are looking for experienced production mining operators across multiple disciplines to join the crews from the early stages of operations.

These are temporary-to-permanent opportunities, offering experienced operators the chance to initially join through HSS Recruitment with a pathway to direct employment with the mining contractor.

Positions & Pay Rates

Rigid Dump Truck Operators – $50–$56/hr

• Experienced production dump truck operators
• CAT 777 and CAT 785 experience preferred

Production Allrounders – $60–$68/hr

Experience across multiple pieces of production equipment, including:

• Grader – CAT 14M
• Dozer – CAT D10
• Excavator – Komatsu PC1200 / PC2000
• Multi-skilled production operators strongly encouraged to apply

Production Excavator Operators – $70–$75/hr

• Experienced production excavator operators
• Komatsu PC1200 / PC2000 experience preferred
• Similar large mining excavator experience will also be considered

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience
• Previous experience in gold, lithium or other hard-rock mining operations
• Proven experience operating the equipment relevant to your application
• Strong commitment to safety
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a production crew
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment and site-entry requirements
• Australian working rights
