What You Will Be Doing :

Manage your sales pipeline through the CRM, providing timely and accurate forecasting and management information.

What We Are Looking For :

• A proven track record of successful product or solution sales in the Enterprise sector (targeting organizations with 2,000+ FTE).
• Experience and confidence in navigating C-Suite negotiations and directing complex sales processes.
• High discipline regarding whitespace evaluation, stakeholder mapping, and pipeline management.
• Experience in SaaS, Consulting, or Professional Services, ideally within the HR or Talent Assessment space.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
• Strong business acumen with the drive to succeed in environments of ambiguity.
