About the role
General Mission: Multipurpose Kitchen Technician.

• To ensure the installation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of professional kitchen equipment, limiting business interruption and in compliance with applicable regulations for fluids and gas.

What you will do

Main activities

• Carry out preventive maintenance visits according to contractual schedules on all site equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration equipment: cabinets, cold rooms, cells, display cases.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting cooking equipment: ovens, ranges, fryers, sauté pans.
• To work on laundry and washing equipment.
• Check the tightness of the refrigeration circuits and trace the movements of fluids.
• Perform checks and adjustments on the connected gas appliances.
• Install and commission the new equipment.
• Participate in routine maintenance and equipment renewal.
• Write the intervention report according to the standards and file them.
• Provide on-call coverage according to the rotation schedule.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on all electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
• Keep your workplace clean and tidy.
• Knowing how to pass on instructions between the two shifts.
• to be versatile and know how to manage task priorities.
• Ability to deal with any emergency situation, in terms of security, such as fire or power outages etc., and to know who to call or inform as quickly as possible.
• Ability to perform all assigned tasks on time.
• Apply and master the quality standards related to your function.
• Know and apply the safety rules.
• Know the technical standards for implementing materials.
