As a Multiskilled Support Worker in Bullsbrook, Western Australia, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medication and monitor clients' health and well-being.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a support worker role or similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Understanding of the principles of person-centred care.
