About the role

Polystar Manpower Services is seeking a skilled and versatile Multiskilled Technician to join our growing team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work across multiple technical disciplines, providing essential maintenance, repair and installation services to our valued clients. As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality technical solutions, ensuring equipment and systems operate efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role is integral to our commitment to providing comprehensive technical support and building long-term client relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across multiple client sites
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques
• Installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring minimal downtime for clients
• Conducting routine inspections and safety checks to identify potential issues before they become critical
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed and parts used
• Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Operating tools and equipment safely and maintaining them in good working order
• Providing expert advice to clients regarding maintenance best practices and equipment longevity

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to work competently across multiple disciplines
• Valid technical certifications or qualifications in at least two of the following areas: HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, or general maintenance
• Proficiency in using standard tools, diagnostic equipment and testing instruments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• A commitment to health and safety standards, including knowledge of relevant workplace safety regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Preferably, experience working for facilities management companies or in a multi-site maintenance environment
