The successful candidate will integrate as a fast growing team and get direct exposure to the technical challenges of international finance institutions.You will take part of important software implementation and be responsible for, and not limited to: Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Work with multiple teams in order to develop a core foundation for automation tools.
• Design, develope and execute automation and manual scripts.
• Design, develope and execute performance tests.
• Identify, track and resolve bugs.
• Improve quality assurance metrics.

• 设计、开发并执行性能测试。
• 识别、跟踪并解决缺陷。
• 完善质量保证度量指标。
• 与项目流负责人、项目成员、解决方案架构师、项目经理协作，明确各自在各项测试活动中的角色与职责。 Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Fresh Grads are very welcomed to apply.
• Experience in Capital Market industry and knowledge in Software Quality and Testing.
• Experience on Test on Murex (MX.3 or MXG.2000) or competitive software packages is a plus.
• With the following technical knowledge: Java programming (required), Apache Camel (nice to have).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, XML and XSL.
• Experience in developing concise and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Experience in automation testing is a big plus.
• A flexible team player respecting each other as unique individual.
• With brilliant interpersonal skills, excellent communication, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• With a voracious hunger to learn and a growth mindset.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English. 任职要求：
