**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced **Music Partnership Lead** to spearhead our efforts in securing strategic partnerships, managing contractors, and building relationships with clients seeking our services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in sourcing deals and negotiations, coupled with exceptional communication skills and relationship management capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Identify and Secure Partnerships:** Actively seek and establish strategic partnerships with music industry stakeholders, including artists, labels, and brands.

• **Contract Negotiations:** Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for partnerships and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.

• **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partnership opportunities within the music industry.

• **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies that enhance our service offerings and market competitiveness.

• **Performance Tracking:** Monitor partnership performance and client satisfaction, utilizing feedback to inform future strategies.

**Qualifications:**

• **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in partnership development or business development within the music or entertainment industry.

• **Negotiation Skills:** Proven experience in sourcing deals and negotiating contracts effectively.

• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

**Compensation Structure:**

• The first three months will be commission-based, allowing you to leverage your skills in securing partnerships and driving revenue.

• Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the role will transition to a competitive salary structure, with additional performance-based incentives.
