Core Responsibilities
- Product Preparation: Cut, trim, portion, and debone fresh chicken products according to hygiene standards.
- Packaging and Labeling: Weigh, wrap, seal, and price meat items accurately with correct barcode labels for the display cases.
- Display Maintenance: Stock, arrange, and rotate fresh chicken products in refrigerated display cases to ensure continuous product availability and visual appeal.
- Inventory Control: Monitor cold storage stock levels, check expiration dates, and report low inventory or waste to the supervisor.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cutting boards, knives, scales, and display units regularly to comply with health and food safety rules.
- Customer Service: Assist member inquiries politely regarding fresh poultry cuts, availability, or special requests.
