We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Secret Shopper Hero – Shop, Share, and Earn to work on a contract basis. This role involves evaluating customer service, product quality, and operational standards through on-site assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site evaluations of retail or service establishments to assess staff performance and store conditions.

• Document observations accurately, including interactions, product availability, and cleanliness.

• Submit detailed reports promptly after each assignment.

• Adhere to assignment guidelines to ensure consistency in evaluations.

• Maintain professionalism while performing undercover assessments.
