Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n and Make
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and SaaS tools into automated pipelines
- Identify opportunities for process automation across departments
- Debug and optimize existing automation flows for reliability
- Document workflows and create SOPs for automation processes
- Collaborate with clients to understand and automate their business processes
- Design and implement business automation workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), and other no-code/low-code platforms
