NAIL & LASH TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions, acrylics, nail art, and other nail treatments.
• Provide professional eyelash services including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and workstations.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with current nail and lash trends, techniques, and products.
• Properly use and maintain salon tools, equipment, and products.
• Recommend suitable nail, lash, and beauty products to clients where necessary.
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Support the achievement of branch sales and customer service targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician and/or Lash Technician.
• Strong skills in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel application, and nail art.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in eyelash extension application.
• Ability to deliver neat, long-lasting, and high-quality results.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, reliable, and well-groomed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant professional certification or training is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills continuously.

Pay: From ₦80,000.00 per month
