Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and creativity
• Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color blending, and design to meet client preferences
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
• Upsell retail products like nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry techniques through ongoing education
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace that complies with all health regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work
• Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and overall salon hygiene standards
• Skilled in performing manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails application, and other related services
• Familiarity with color theory principles to create visually appealing designs
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and understand their preferences
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or hair extensions is a plus
