We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
• Apply color theory principles to help clients select the perfect shades and designs that complement their style and skin tone
• Execute advanced nail techniques such as nail extensions, gel application, and acrylic nail application to meet client expectations
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences, explaining treatments, and offering personalized recommendations
• Assist clients with additional beauty services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments when appropriate
• Promote retail sales of nail care products and other salon offerings through upselling strategies to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a professional nail technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care practices, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures
• Skilled in applying various nail enhancements such as acrylics, gel nails, and extensions with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math for upselling products effectively and increasing sales opportunities
