Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current nail trends, color theory, and innovative techniques to offer personalized recommendations
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging clients in consultations, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
• Promote retail sales of nail care products and other beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and sterilizing tools after each use

Qualifications

• Valid Stateboard of cosmetology license and/or Nail technician
• Proven experience in performing a variety of nail services with attention to detail and artistic flair
• Knowledge of color theory, nail care products, and current beauty trends
• Strong communication skills to educate clients on proper nail maintenance and product use
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue

Pay: $24.30 - $29.27 per hour
