Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, nail extensions, and intricate nail art using color theory principles.
• Conduct pedicures and manicure treatments that promote healthy nail care and relaxation.
• Apply esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures as needed.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable services, and upsell retail products confidently.
• Stay current with industry trends such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and barbering techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Manage retail sales efficiently through retail math skills while providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
• Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and disinfection procedures.
• Familiarity with color theory to create customized designs tailored to client preferences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to uphold salon safety protocols while maintaining high standards of sanitation and disinfection.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products such as nail care items or skincare treatments is a plus.
