Role Description
The Nail Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manicures and pedicures, applying acrylic, gel-x, and hard gel enhancements, and creating custom nail art designs aligned with client preferences. The role involves consulting with clients on desired styles, maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards for tools and workstations, and ensuring a comfortable, safe service experience. The Nail Technician will manage appointment times, support a clean and organized salon environment, and collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality services. Building positive client relationships, encouraging repeat visits, and staying updated on current nail trends and products are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nail Care and Nails, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (acrylic, gel-x, hard gel)
• Proficiency in Nail Art, with the ability to create detailed, on-trend, and customized designs
• Active Nevada nail technician or cosmetology license
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-focused approach
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in a salon setting
• Attention to detail, steady hand coordination, and strong time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Prior experience as a Nail Technician or in a professional salon environment is preferred
