Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for each client from greeting to checkout
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to prolong results
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
• Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beauty services
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Fluency in English for clear communication with clients and team members
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing nail services
