Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing friendly guest services at the front desk
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage to enhance client experience
• Assist with social media management by sharing updates, promotions, and showcasing your work to attract new clients
• Support team management efforts by mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive salon atmosphere

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a fast-paced salon environment
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products including gel nails and acrylics
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Basic management skills for scheduling or team collaboration are advantageous
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians
