Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including gel manicures and nail extensions using acrylic or other techniques
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style
• Conduct esthetic services such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading when required
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide nail care advice, and upsell retail products or additional services
• Keep workstations clean and organized while following all disinfection procedures for tools and equipment
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like nail extensions or gel application, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
• Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (acrylics), gel manicures, and manicure techniques
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations
• Ability to perform additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling or hair extensions is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Retail sales experience and upselling skills to promote products confidently within the salon environment
