Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
• Manage front desk responsibilities like scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, special offers, and build a loyal client base through engaging online content

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a busy salon or spa environment
• Fully qualified
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee daily operations smoothly
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction and team collaboration
• Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining genuine guest care and satisfaction
• Prior experience with social media management to help grow the salon’s online presence is a plus

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
