Duties

• Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in nail care services; knowledge of hair spa services a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate in English/French.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality service.
