Duties

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using various techniques such as gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions.
• Apply color theory principles to create customized nail art designs that match client preferences.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, or skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all health standards while managing multiple appointments efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, and gel nails.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices including disinfection procedures for tools and surfaces.
• Strong client retention skills required.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences.
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling products confidently.

Pay: $20.00 - $62.40 per hour
