Job Overview

We are looking for a Professional Nail Technician to join our team at a premium beauty salon in the DUBAI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform nail extensions, application, and maintenance using Gel, Acrylic, and Polygel.
• Apply regular nail polish and Gel Polish with high-quality results.
• Create professional Nail Art, designs, and drawings based on the latest trends and clients’ preferences.
• Safely remove and apply artificial nails while protecting the health of natural nails.
• Assess clients’ nail conditions and provide appropriate nail care advice.
• Properly sanitize tools and maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high service quality while working efficiently and paying close attention to detail.
• Recommend suitable nail care products and services and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest nail techniques, products, and trends and participate in training programs.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician in beauty salons.
• Strong skills in professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Proven experience with Gel, Acrylic, Polygel, and Gel Polish.
• Good skills in Nail Art and creative nail designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Previous work experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred for communicating with clients.
