Nail Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and possess the ability to create beautiful nail designs while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nail services, maintaining hygiene standards, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Offer advice on nail care, products, and services while promoting additional treatments as appropriate.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
• Handle client bookings, appointments, and follow-up communications professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage but not essential.
• A valid qualification in nail technology or cosmetology is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings.
