Duties

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations after each client
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
• Upsell additional services or retail products such as nail care treatments or skincare items to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
• Assist in retail sales by promoting high-quality nail products and accessories available in the salon
• Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
• Certification or license as required by local regulations for nail technicians
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone
• Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer care

Pay: $3,025.00-$8,972.67 per month
