Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and custom nail art tailored to client preferences
• Apply and maintain proper sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on nail care, color choices, and trending styles
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs that complement individual styles
• Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for repeat visits
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education on nail techniques, hair extensions, hair styling, and other beauty services

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or nail license required
• Demonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, and pedicures
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their beauty goals
• Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling additional services
• Familiarity with color theory principles to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs

Optional:

• Ability to perform multiple beauty services such as hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions or intricate nail designs is a plus

We are open Monday-Saturday 9am to 8pm. We are closed every Sunday.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
