Duties

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish application, and nail designs using color theory principles
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and care routines based on individual needs
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, facial treatments and/or massage therapy to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Stay updated on current trends in nail art, skincare, and overall beauty to offer innovative services that excite clients

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current beauty trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon environment
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
