Nail Technician

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional nail technician experience.
• Certified Nail Technician (NVQ Level 2/3, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in gel, acrylic, and nail art design.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Creative eye for design and attention to detail.

Client Services:

• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, overlays, and advanced nail art with precision and creativity.
• Provide expert advice on nail care, products, and maintenance.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered to the highest professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.

Technical Excellence:

• Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of gel, acrylic, and dip systems.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and health & safety protocols.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Train, guide, and support junior nail technicians and apprentices.
• Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and client service.
• Assist management in evaluating staff performance and training needs.

Operations & Maintenance:

• Ensure all nail equipment and tools are sterilized and properly maintained.
• Manage stock levels of nail products and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
