What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Station Management: Keep your individual workspace immaculate and perfectly organized; reset and sanitize your station swiftly between guests.
• Nail Artistry: Perform custom enhancements, advanced color blending, and detailed nail art according to guest preferences.
• Salon Cleanliness: Partner with the team to ensure common areas, retail displays, waiting spaces, and supply areas remain pristine and clutter-free.
• Health & Safety: Follow strict Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) disinfection and sanitation mandates to protect our clients.

What We Look For (Qualifications)

• Licensing: Valid Cosmetology or Nail Technician license issued by the State of Texas.
• Experience Level: Open to all backgrounds! New grads and newly licensed tech applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
• Core Skills: Comfortable providing standard manicures, pedicures, gel polishes, and precise nail shaping. Great communication and teamwork skills are a must.
• Key Characteristics: Dependable, punctual, friendly, and dedicated to great customer service.
• Guest Care: Consult with clients to understand their style goals, offer professional nail health advice, and recommend retail products when suitable.
• Supplies Tracking: Check your station’s inventory daily and notify the management team of low stock before items run out.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with hard gel, acrylic extensions, overlays, or intricate nail art designs. Experience with retail upselling or product recommendations is a big plus.
