Nail Technician

LICENSED NAIL TECHNICIAN / FULL SPECIALIST – W-2

Crème de Nails is a new luxury, clean-focused nail salon in Ocala. We are building a professional, supportive team that values sanitation, beautiful work, fairness, and high-level customer care.

We are hiring an experienced Nail Specialist or Full Specialist to join our W-2 team. This is not a booth-rental position or Learning school.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Nail Specialist Registration, Full Specialist Registration, or Cosmetology License required
• No students or unregistered technicians for client-service positions
• Strong experience with Gel-X, acrylic, TAP Gel, builder gel, dip powder, manicures, pedicures, and detailed nail designs
• Freehand nail art/design skills preferred
• Head spa experience is a plus for Full Specialists
• Strong sanitation, disinfection, and clean workstation habits
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Weekend availability is required
• Available to work approximately 4–5 days per week
• 2+ years experiences requirement
• Skill test, pictures of nails work

What You’ll Do

• Provide luxury nail services including Gel-X, acrylic, TAP Gel, builder gel, dip powder, manicures, pedicures, and nail art
• Consult with clients on shape, color, design, and services that fit their style and lifestyle
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all salon sanitation and safety rules
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build long-term client relationships
• Recommend aftercare or retail products when appropriate
• Follow salon booking, POS, appointment, and walk-in rotation systems
• Work respectfully with the team and support a positive salon environment

• Guaranteed hourly pay at least equal to the applicable Florida minimum wage, or commission when commission is higher
