Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of: Nail Technician Will be reporting to the Spa Supervisor:

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Deliver exceptional manicure, pedicure and nail care services through personalized luxury guest experiences.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand guest preferences, nail condition and desired results.
• Perform manicure, pedicure, semi-permanent and other approved nail services according to professional standards and the Spa service menu.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools, equipment and workstations.
• Ensure the Nail Studio remains beautifully presented, organized and operationally ready at all times.
• Provide personalized nail care and homecare recommendations based on individual guest needs.
• Build lasting guest relationships through genuine care, attention to detail and consistent service excellence.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities across the Spa.
• Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, products and luxury beauty developments.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Spa team to ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey.

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• Recognized Nail Technician, Beauty Therapy or relevant professional qualification.
• Previous professional experience as a Nail Technician; luxury salon, Spa or five-star hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in manicure, pedicure and semi-permanent nail services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, sterilization and safe working practices.
• Excellent consultation, communication and guest service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in retail recommendations and cross-selling.
• Good command of Greek and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism, creativity and genuine passion for luxury beauty and hospitality.
