Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
• Upsell additional services or retail products such as hand creams, cuticle oils, or nail care kits to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips for long-lasting results
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement nail treatments and meet client needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a hygienic work environment at all times
• Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
• Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
