Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Nail Technician to provide top-quality nail and grooming services tailored specifically for men. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hygienic, personable, and understands the standards of an upscale men’s grooming space.

Responsibilities

• Perform men’s manicures and pedicures (natural nail care only)

• Nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and moisturizing

• Callus care and foot maintenance

• Sanitation and sterilization of tools in accordance with state regulations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

• Educate clients on proper nail and hand/foot care

• Provide excellent customer service and create a relaxing experience

• Work collaboratively with barbers, stylists, and front desk staff

• Uphold the salon’s brand standards and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Valid State Nail Technician License

• Experience working in a salon or spa setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices

• Comfortable working with a male clientele

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
