Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
• Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon environment
• Proficiency in makeup application is a plus for offering additional beauty services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
