Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.
• Provide professional nail services such as manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care.
• Apply advanced techniques like eyelash extensions and hair styling to enhance client appearance.
• Educate clients on proper nail care, skin health, and recommended treatments to promote ongoing wellness.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper equipment sterilization.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer product recommendations through retail sales, and upsell additional services confidently.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty industry practices including color theory, esthetic laser treatments, and hair extensions to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation and disinfection procedures.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in skincare treatments, nail care, hair styling, and related services.
• Strong understanding of salon safety protocols and client communication techniques.
• Proficiency in nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and other advanced nail techniques.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling and retail sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their individual needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
