We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise in color theory, nail art, and sanitation will ensure clients leave feeling pampered and confident. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
• Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel application, and acrylic nail artistry to meet client preferences
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized care
• Educate clients on nail care routines, products, and retail options to enhance their experience and promote retail sales
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment that complies with health regulations and safety standards
• Upsell additional services like body waxing or eyelash extensions when appropriate to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a related beauty industry role with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work
• Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current trends in nail design
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Experience performing gel manicures, acrylic nails, pedicures, and other advanced nail treatments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
• Background in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products such as polishes or skincare items is preferred
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations
