What We're Looking For

• A valid Maryland Nail Technician license
• A passion for nail care, beautiful results, and guest satisfaction
• A commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and professional standards
• Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming approach with guests
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow
• The ability to work collaboratively with fellow service providers and the guest experience team

Previous salon or spa experience is welcome, but we also encourage newly licensed technicians with a strong foundation, a positive attitude, and a desire to develop their skills to apply.
