Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, designs and nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and care.
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail art using color theory principles to create visually appealing designs.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience.
• Promote retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items through upselling strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in nail technology, color application, and esthetic treatments like dermabrasion or laser therapy.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that complies with all health regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, and nail extension techniques.
• Certification or licensing in nails or related fields is preferred; must meet local licensing requirements.
• Skilled in builder nail application, disinfection procedures, and salon sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of color theory to enhance nail art designs and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients professionally and confidently.
• Ability to perform multiple services such gelX, dip powder, builder gel.
• Strong customer service orientation
