Duties

• Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
• Make customised recommendations based on clients’ preferences and nail health.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
• Assist clients with colour choices, designs, and aftercare advice to enhance their experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail fashion and techniques.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa environment.
• Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice.
• Attention to detail and a steady hand to ensure precise application of treatments.
• Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• A recognised qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
