Nail Technician, Lash Technician or Beauty Therapist

We're a busy, well-established salon in Highcliffe looking for a nail technician, lash technician or beauty therapist to join our team.

It doesn't matter whether you're newly qualified, working towards your Level 3, or have years behind you. If you care about doing a great job and want to keep learning, we'll support you to grow.

We're a calm, luxury salon with a relaxed space where clients come to switch off and leave feeling looked after. If that's the kind of place you'd like to work, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'd be doing

• Nail treatments such as BIAB, gel polish, extensions and nail art, and/or lash treatments, depending on your skills
• Talking with clients about what they want, tailoring each treatment, and recommending the right aftercare and products
• Keeping your station spotless
• Learning new treatments and keeping up with what's new
• Helping clients get the most from their visit, including retail products and treatments that suit them

What we're looking for

• A qualification, or working towards one, in nail services, lash treatments or beauty therapy (Level 2 or above, or currently studying)
• Skills in at least one of: nails, lashes or beauty treatments
• A friendly, professional manner with clients
• A willingness to learn and take on training

Salon experience isn't needed. Brows, facials, massage, manicures and pedicures are a bonus, not a must. We'll help you build your skills.

Hours and days off

• Full-time, guaranteed at least 31 hours a week (part-time from 16 hours a week is also possible)
• The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays, so you get two full days off together every week
• Full-time team members also get one Saturday off every month

Pay and benefits

• Up to £14 an hour depending on qualifications and experience, reviewed as you grow with us
• 10% commission on retail products you sell
• 10% commission on our higher-priced treatments, once you're trained to carry them out
