Nail Technician - Licensed preffered Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling additional treatments or retail products
• Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that complement clients’ preferences and styles
• Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials
• Support the salon’s overall cleanliness and organization, ensuring workstations are sanitized and well-maintained
• Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages (if bilingual) to enhance their experience and foster loyalty

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license preferred; certification in nail technology required.
• Prior experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel application, or acrylics is highly desirable
• Nice to have techniques including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, barbering, and skin care treatments is a plus
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail health and maintenance
• Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively and increasing sales volume

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
